There are people who really "get" customer service, there are people who fake customer service, and people who don't care. D. Brown at Bumper King is one of the few people in business who really gets it.

Not only do these guys do an amazing job for a really good price, they do it quickly, they have it done right when they say, and they're very prompt and respectful. Mr Brown came and picked up (and dropped off) my car twice. Why twice? Because he wanted to make sure that the rain wouldn't interfere with the work they did. An extra hour out of his day plus travel time (at no extra expense) so make sure the job was done right.

I'd recommend these guys to anyone! I wish they did dry cleaning, computer repair, and car insurance so I wouldn't have to deal with anyone else!!
